Vallby kyrka

The oldest stone church was built in the Romanesque style in the latter half of the 12th century. Adjoining the nave were a narrower, square-ended chancel to the east and a tower to the west – 290 cm wider than the nave. The church was dedicated to St Laurentius; a seal exists that is kept at the Swedish History Museum in Stockholm.
