Lillkyrka kyrka is a church building in Lillkyrka in the Diocese of Uppsala. It is the parish church of Boglösa parish. Until 2006 the church belonged to Lillkyrka parish, which was then merged into Boglösa parish. The church lies beside an ancient waterway. The bridge below the church leads over the ditch from the formerly waterlogged areas.
