Sköns kyrka

Church in Skön parish. Sköns kyrka lies above the Birsta shopping centre and is one of the first church centres in Norrland. The pulpit was made in 1900. In February 1990 the new altarpiece was consecrated.

About the church
Sköns kyrka is a church building east of the E4 at Birsta in Medelpad. It is now the parish church of Skön parish in the Diocese of Härnösand and was formerly the parish church of the historical parish of Skön. Two rune stones from the 11th century stand next to the church.
