Hede kyrka

Haeida kirkia is mentioned early, as far back as 1391 in Bishop Eysteins Jordebog. The church is dedicated to Saint Lars. The medieval church was replaced in 1727 by a wooden church that stood for 160 years. The present church in the historical parish of Hede is the parish's only wooden church. It was built in 1887 to designs by Herman Teodor Holmgren. The church was built in the Neo-Gothic style with horizontal and diagonal panelling in a timber-frame pattern.
