Hallaröds kyrka

The oldest parts of Hallaröds kyrka were built in the 12th century. It is also called Sankt Olofskyrkan after the spring that lies about 300 metres west of the church. The spring was dedicated to the Norwegian saint Olav the Holy, who during the Middle Ages was one of the most popular male saints in the Nordic countries.
