Forsmarks kyrka is a church building in Forsmark in the Diocese of Uppsala. It is the parish church of Frösåker parish. The church lies 70 kilometres north-north-east of Uppsala and 18 kilometres north-west of Östhammar and belongs to the Diocese of Uppsala.
