Alsike kyrka is a church building in the historic Alsike parish in the Diocese of Uppsala, about 6 km west of the locality of Alsike. It is the parish church of Alsike parish in Knivsta pastorate. The church lies next to the old E4, road 255, between Stockholm and Uppsala in Knivsta Municipality in Uppsala County, near Ekoln. Next to the church, in an old village school, is Alsike Monastery.
