Valleberga kyrka

Valleberga kyrka consists of two parts: Skåne's only preserved medieval round church and the new large church from 1910. In the church there is a magnificent sandstone baptismal font from the 12th century, made by the Tryde Master. On 18–26 July, from 12 to 4 pm, hosts are on site for guided tours and coffee.

About the church
Valleberga kyrka is a church building in Valleberga. It belongs to Löderup parish in the Diocese of Lund.
The church is known as the only surviving round church in Skåne, although there was previously one built into the curtain wall around Helsingborg Castle. In addition there is a kastal (a fortified tower) and a large extension that makes the round church itself seem more like an appendage to the extension. The church has a churchyard and is enclosed by an iron fence.
