About the church
Uppsala-Näs kyrka is a church building in Övernäs in the Diocese of Uppsala. The church belongs to Uppsala-Näs parish and is situated relatively low, by Näsviken on Lake Mälaren. Näs gård was donated to Uppsala domkyrka at the end of the 13th century, which has left its mark on the church. North of the church, on a wooded hill, stands the bell tower. West of the church lies the parish clerk's farmstead with an older residential building.
