Spånga kyrka belongs to Spånga-Kista parish in the Diocese of Stockholm. The church is at Spånga kyrkväg 485 in the district of Tensta in present-day Västerort in Stockholm County. It has been the parish church of Spånga parish. Spånga kyrka is one of the oldest churches in the county. The tower, the portal and the whole western part of Spånga kyrka have been dated to the mid-12th century.
