About the church
Sankta Birgittakyrkan is a church building in Knivsta in the Diocese of Uppsala. It is the parish church of Knivsta parish in Knivsta pastorate. The church stands on a hill in central Knivsta. A red-painted wooden bell tower stands east of the church on the plot where the parish office is located. Two bells cast by the Bergholtz bell foundry in Sigtuna hang in the tower. A rune stone from the early Christian period stands close to the church.
