About the church
Sankt Petri kyrka is a church building in central Malmö. It is the parish church of Malmö Sankt Petri parish in the Diocese of Lund. It is built as a three-aisled basilica with a transept, in a style called Baltic brick Gothic. It was consecrated in the early 14th century.
The present church is in fact dedicated to two saints, S:t Petrus and S:t Paulus, Ecclesia beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum.
