The oldest parts of Ravlunda kyrka date from the early 13th century. The church was probably built in honour of the Virgin Mary. In the churchyard lie the author Fritiof Nilsson Piraten and the troubadour Olle Adolphsson.

About the church
Ravlunda kyrka is a church building just south of Brösarps backar, only a kilometre or so from the Baltic Sea. It belongs to Kivik parish in the Diocese of Lund.
