About the church
Östuna kyrka is a church building in Östuna in the Diocese of Uppsala. It is the parish church of Östuna parish in Knivsta pastorate. At the southern churchyard wall there is a medieval lychgate. In the churchyard, east of the church, there is a small burial chapel built in 1777. On a gravel hill north-east of the church stands a bell tower built in 1744. Three bells hang in the tower. The great bell dates from the Middle Ages.
