About the church
Österbybruks kyrka is a church building in Österbybruk in the Diocese of Uppsala and belongs to Dannemorabygden parish in northern Uppland. The church building was erected in 1735 for the Österby ironworks parish and is part of Österbybruk Manor. On the other side of the manor pond stands a wooden bell tower built at the beginning of the 18th century. The bells of the tower were donated by the then owner of the ironworks, De Geer, in 1712 and 1722.
