Ölmstads kyrka

In the medieval chancel, with its vaulted roof, one can see mural paintings from both the late 15th century and the Renaissance, with zigzag bands, scrolling decoration, saints, fools and biblical scenes - such as Moses and the bronze serpent, Jonah and the whale, Golgotha and the Resurrection of Christ.
