Holms kyrka lies in the village of Anundgård on the northern shore of Lake Holmsjön in Medelpad. The present church was consecrated on 25 September 1904 by the rural dean O Boström and was designed by the architect G Hermansson from Stockholm. The church is built in the neo-Gothic style and mainly constructed of plastered brick in a light brownish-yellow colour.
