Church in Hackås parish, Sydöstra Jämtland pastorate, southern district. Pilgrimage church from the 12th century with many wall paintings and objects well worth seeing. In the apse there are paintings from 1275 depicting the martyrdom of Saint Margaret. Bell tower from 1752.

About the church
Hackås kyrka is a church building in the railway village of Hackås. It is the parish church of Hackås parish in the Diocese of Härnösand. The church is probably the oldest preserved in Norrland, and since the Middle Ages it has been the parish church of the historic Hackås parish.
