Askers kyrka

The first church here was probably built as early as the 13th century. The church that now stands on the site dates largely from 1768, except for the tower, which was added in 1858 and replaced the bell tower that had stood there before. The church has been renovated and was reopened on 30 March 2017.

Askers kyrka is a church building in Askersby in the Diocese of Strängnäs. It is the parish church of Asker-Lännäs parish and has a dominant position on a hill in a border area between forest and plain. Near the church site there are a vicarage and a school.
