Akebäcks kyrka

The church, which was consecrated in 1149, is known for its sound pots, which remove the echo and give fine acoustics. A large chandelier was donated in 1850 by the master carpenter Johan Pettersson. The church has two bells, the younger of which was donated in 1993 in memory of the physician Sverker Endrell.
