Västra Sallerups kyrka

During the summer and autumn of 2026 there will be scaffolding around the church. Västra Sallerups kyrka was built in the 12th century and is a Romanesque stone church. The church is richly decorated with high-quality medieval wall paintings, partly Romanesque ones from the 13th century, partly from 1303 and from about 1440.

Not to be confused with Eslövs kyrka, which bore the name Västra Sallerups kyrka until 1952.
Västra Sallerups kyrka, between 1891 and 1952 Västra Sallerups gamla kyrka, is a church building on the outskirts of Eslöv, in the historical parish of Västra Sallerup. It belongs to Eslöv parish in the Diocese of Lund. The church was built at the end of the 12th century and has church art preserved from the late 12th century onwards.
