Tegneby kyrka is a church building in Orust Municipality. It belongs to Tegneby parish in the Diocese of Gothenburg.
Tegneby kyrka stands on a small rise, only slightly higher than the open landscape around it, which consists of partly hilly and partly flat terrain, made up of fields and farmland and in the distance surrounded by hills and islands. The landscape lies roughly in the middle of southern Orust, and the church is a couple of kilometres inland from Orust's southern coast towards Stigfjorden. The church is located about 300 metres north of county road 178.
