Synnerby kyrka was built in 1905-1907 in Neo-Gothic style. Since the turn of the year 2017/2018 the church has been closed. It has subsidence damage and mould damage caused by damp rising up from below.

Synnerby kyrka is a church building that since 2006 has belonged to Ardala parish (formerly Synnerby parish) in the Diocese of Skara. It lies in the western part of Skara Municipality.
A medieval church formerly stood on the same site and was demolished when the new one was built.
