About the church
Skånes Värsjö kapell is a church building in Skånes Värsjö in Örkelljunga Municipality. It belongs to Skånes-Fagerhult parish in the Diocese of Lund.
The chapel was built in 1930 through voluntary work by the local people. On 5 December 1931 the chapel was consecrated by Bishop Edvard Magnus Rodhe. At that time Värsjö belonged to Röke parish but was transferred to Skånes Fagerhult in the early 1950s, whereupon the small church was bought by Skånes-Fagerhult parish in 1952.
