About the church

Skäggetorps kyrka is a brown brick church with a distinctive design. It is located in the Linköping district of Skäggetorp and is the parish church of Linköping Skäggetorp parish, which besides the district comprises the industrial area of Tornby and sparsely built-up land between the E4 and Lake Roxen. The church was built in connection with the creation of Skäggetorp as a district in the 1970s and lies just behind the shopping centre in Skäggetorp. The church building also houses a parish hall. Next to the entrance of the church stands a freestanding belfry in which two bells hang.
