The church is scenically situated on a headland in the Vanån, overgrown with birch and pine trees. To the west lies the churchyard, and west of that the road between Mora and Vansbro. The churchyard is square and surrounded by spruce hedges, with sandstone-paved and asphalted paths.

Siknäs kyrka is a church building belonging to Mora parish in the Diocese of Västerås. The church stands in the Söromsjöbygden area on a headland in the Vanån beside the road between Mora and Vansbro. Until 2010 the church belonged to Venjan parish.
