Pajala kyrka

Pajala kyrka was built in 1797 as an ironworks church in Kengis, about five kilometres to the east, and was moved to Pajala and remodelled in 1869–71 to designs by the architect Ludvig Hedin. In 1849–1860 Dean Laestadius preached in the church.
