Ovansjö kyrka

The oldest church in Ovansjö was rectangular in plan, without a separate chancel building in the east. Like many churches of the archdiocese, it had no tower. The main entrance was, as so often in our country, in the south. During the 17th and 18th centuries a series of renovations was carried out.
