Östra Fågelviks kyrka is located in the historical parish of Östra Fågelvik in Karlstad Municipality in Värmland. Since 2006 the church has belonged to Väse-Fågelvik parish, Diocese of Karlstad. The church lies three kilometres east of Skattkärr.
