Kvänums kyrka

By the end of the 19th century the people of Kvänum needed to keep pace with development, and it was the routing of the railway, the Västgötabanan, that created a new station community. A medieval church then stood on a hill in the old church village of Kvänum, about 1 km from the present church site. Kvänum flourished, a church was needed, and one was built in 1867.
