Kiruna kyrka is one of Sweden's largest wooden buildings and a unique architectural work. The style in which the church is built is Gothic Revival, the interior has features of National Romanticism, and the composition of the altar breathes Art Nouveau.

About the church
Kiruna kyrka is a church building in Kiruna, built between 1909 and 1912 to designs by the architect Gustaf Wickman. It is the parish church of Jukkasjärvi parish in the Diocese of Luleå. The church, whose unique appearance was inspired by Norwegian stave churches and Sami tent huts, was built in a nature park near the old centre of Kiruna.
As part of the urban transformation of Kiruna, the church was moved on 19–20 August 2025 to the new centre of Kiruna, about 2.5 kilometres from its original location.
