Högstena kyrka is a true idyll and perhaps one of the most beautiful places on the Falbygden. The church lies at the edge of Plantaberget, which is one of Västergötland's plateau mountains. From the mountain a stream winds along the churchyard wall, and above the little church there is a flower meadow.
