Herrljunga kyrka

Herrljunga kyrka was built in 1865 and replaced both the small and very dilapidated church from the early Middle Ages that was located between the vicarage and the Nossan river, and the old church in Tarsled, which was demolished in 1863. After many disputes about where the church should stand, His Majesty the King decided that the church should be placed on the site where it now stands.
