Helgarö kyrka

Medieval church from the 12th century. In the 13th century the church is said to have been dedicated to St Mary. After a fire in 1681, in which the altarpiece and pulpit were destroyed, the church was rebuilt in 1689. The tower was built in the late 19th century.
