Borgs kyrka

Building of Borgs kyrka began in 1801. The master builder Caspar Seurling was responsible for the construction, which was completed in 1803. An inscription tablet above the church's tower portal reads: "Under the reign of King Gustaf IV Adolph this Borg and Löth church was newly built in 1803."

About the church
Borgs kyrka is a church building in the historic parish of Borg and Norrköping Borg parish, Östergötland. The present Borg parish was formed by a merger of the parishes of Borg and Löt in 1803, at first called Borg and Löt parish, simplified in 1887 to Borg. The church is located five kilometres south-west of Norrköping, between the E4 and the old Linköpingsvägen road.
