High up on a rocky knoll stands Alboga kyrka. It was consecrated in 1896 and replaced the older and draughty medieval church, which was demolished to make room for the larger granite church.

Alboga kyrka is a church building in the south-eastern part of Herrljunga Municipality. Since 2021 it has belonged to Herrljungabygden parish (formerly Alboga parish) in the Diocese of Skara.
